The DCS application software is being upgraded to the latest version. Maintenance window: May 25, 8:00PM - May 26, 6:00AM US/Eastern. This release includes made a variety of fixes and improvements, as well as new productivity features for commissioning of multi-zone wireless adapters and for BACnet integrations. During the maintenance window, the database infrastructure for the application will be upgraded for faster performance. Contact your sales representative or Daintree customer service for full release notes. The application and APIs will be temporarily unavailable for login during the window. All data collected by the system will be processed and available to users following the maintenance window. Control schedules will not be affected by this activity.

DCS cloud maintenance activity will occur on Sunday, April 16th from 7pm EDT until Monday, April 17th 3am EDT. This is an 8-hour maintenance window. During this maintenance window, the version several Azure-managed services will be updated. This is required as the versions of the services being used are no longer being supported by Microsoft. For the first 2 hours of the maintenance window, you will not be able to access DCS’s web applications. For the remaining 6 hours application performance will be degraded and there will be ~4 x 15 periods of time where you won’t be able to access DCS’s web applications.

Azure network outage may impact DCS

The Azure network connectivity issue has been resolved. DCS operation is normal. --- Following is the update from Azure: Between 07:05 UTC and 09:45 UTC on 25 January 2023, customers may have experienced issues with networking connectivity, manifesting as network latency and/or timeouts when attempting to connect to Azure resources in Public Azure regions, as well as other Microsoft services including M365, PowerBI. We have identified a recent change to WAN as the underlying cause, and have taken steps to roll back this change. Our telemetry shows consistent signs of recovery from 09:45 UTC onwards across multiple regions and services. Most customers should now see full recovery as WAN networking has recovered fully.

There is a widespread Azure outage that is impacting DCS's operation. Microsoft's engineers are working on this issue and DCS services will be restored as soon as possible.
